uv light pee detector arrives

Well, we love it. It detects the pee. But, it doesn't work in "light" very well. So we wait til dark, and then troll around the house, looking for pee with our uv light detector. Also, my fucking house stinks. And I cleaned up so much pee yesterday.

I have the prescription for kitty prozac. I haven't filled it. He seems so happy, he just pees everywhere. I am at a loss. I'm gonna watch tennis and be a bit sad about my stinky house.

Toby Peed In Front of Me

I was sitting in the living room and Toby peed right on the kitty scratch tower. I picked him up and put hm in the litter box. He looked confused. I have the prescription for Jake to go on kitty prozac, but I haven't filled it yet. But right now, Jake is sitting next to me. Also, I dropped off laundry around the corner, and the lady said, you have a new kitty? She told me that Penny is going over the fence. Fuck.

Spot Spotter, the U.V.Urine Detector, Arrives in Mail

It claims to "reveal hidden urine spots". It works on any surface-carpet, upholstery, tile, sheet rock- anything, My house smells very very badly, and it's because I can't find always where the cats pee. Also, it is because at least two of my cats pee everywhere. But this thing claims it will " illuminate urine undetectable to the human eye."

I am hoping it will improve the quality of our life, by helping me with my hours and hours and HOURS of cat pee cleaning. Also, I took Jake to the vet. I got a prescription for some cat anti-depressant. But my vet was not hopeful. He said, you can medicate a compulsive person and it might help a bit, but they'll always be compulsive. Or something like that. And then he said, you can also hire a behavioral specialist to come to your house. Hmmm. He said, like, for a grand. Good lord.

I think the Felispray helps. That said, I have not cleaned cat pee in a day or two and today- after being out all day- I came in the house and was like, WHOAAH, my house stinks. It's like someone peed all over the front door. My eyes burned. Fuck. Tomorrow, I am drinking coffee and cleaning, cleanining cleaning. And I should put Jake on prozac, I know.

Man, did that give me asthma. I used my inhalor for the first time in years.

Today, I sprayed Icky Poo cat clean up Spray on the red couch in the boys' room. Their whole floor stinks. So I sprayed and scrubbed the radiator and wall behind it and curtains in the hall. Dark, crystalized chunks of cat pee were loosened. It stunk. It made me really sad - nearly hopeless. I was thinking, I 'm putting that motherfucker on prozac while I was cleaning.

I then sprayed Felispray around. I also wiped down the kitchen spots that get peed on and sprayed some Felispray.

Now I leave to get cat food.

Well, it turns out the felispray gives me asthma. I cleaned pee off of the fridge, and near the garbage can and washed a pair of flipflops that had pee all over them. I cleaned up some other spots- last night, the orange couch again, for instance. It is just Jake at this point. I don't think it's any of the other cats. I am seriously contemplating putting him on prozac.

More Pee and some barf

I found some interesting pee- on this radiator in the living room where jake used to pee all the time because he would sit on it and look out the window and see this other cat who could still get into our yard (we put up some serious fence) and then he would pee all over the radiator. So it's been a while since he peed there. (BTW- cat pee on radiator in summer- bad. Cat pee on radiator in winter- I WANT TO DIE _ HELP! I scrubbed it like crazy with Nature's Miracle. Toby then threw up twice- I cleaned that up.

Where, or where, could the cat pee be? Oh, where o where could it BE?

I am washing another set of curtains. I mopped around certain areas that I know they like to pee on. I cleaned the window to the downstairs door and the kitchen door. I lit candles and put them in the fireplaces, because for some insane reason, the fireplace area and their fire screens are favorite pee places.

I have done more research and await my box of Feliway spray, diffusers and cleaners. I have researched things like "Crating and retraining" and prozac for cats. One day at a time, my friends. Is that how you spell it? I ordered hundreds of dollars of shit from their website to help me with my problem.They have this spray that is a happy pheremone from the cheeks of cats that you spray on the bad pheremone, the pee. And then your cats stop peeing? Please Lord, let it work. And I ordered their diffusers, too, which you plug into the wall and they do something to make your cat not pee. And I ordered a clean up spray that claims it's the best. And I ordered a homeopathic medicine called something like "multiple cat happy formula". I can't wait for it to come. HOPE! HOPE!

there was pee on the red loveseat in the boys' room

It smelled really badly in the boys's room. I saw a big wet spot on the red loveseat and sprayed in with "nature's miracle", really soaked the spot with tons of that stuff. But I did not have the energy to scrub and then rinse and scrub. I just sprayed. Tomorrow, I won't be as tired so will do lots of pee cleaning.

I found the hidden cat pee downstairs

Yesterday, I smelled new pee and it was very strong smelling. Today, a new babysitter is coming so I did some serious pee searching. They was a bunch of pee next to the piano, where we had some extra shelves stacked on the ground. Lots of stinky pee there. I guess they've been at that place for a while. So I sprayed "Nature's Miracle" all over it. Also, I am washing the curtains in the dining room as we speak. Man, they stunk. And I removed the fireplace grill and set it in the backyard. It was stained orangy with tons of cat pee.

Lord help me. I also mopped - smells like mop soap a bit. AND I lit two very strong smelling candles- one is called Tocca. Nice. And I have the fan going in the kitchen- keeps the air circulating.

Toby peed right in front of me

Yesterday, I was sitting at the computer and Toby peed on the dining room curtains and all over the wall and floor and electrical outlet. I screamed at him and put him in the litter box and he was sheepish and ran off. Then I cleaned up all the pee but I have yet to take the curtains down and wash them.

I cleaned up cat pee today

I have a few things I use to clean up cat pee. One is "stinky pet spray". It helps. I forget the other name of the cleaner thingy I used. I sprayed and I sprayed and I sprayed. Then I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed. This was on the orange couch. And you know what? It helped a little bit. But man, my house stinks.
