Toby Peed In Front of Me

I was sitting in the living room and Toby peed right on the kitty scratch tower. I picked him up and put hm in the litter box. He looked confused. I have the prescription for Jake to go on kitty prozac, but I haven't filled it yet. But right now, Jake is sitting next to me. Also, I dropped off laundry around the corner, and the lady said, you have a new kitty? She told me that Penny is going over the fence. Fuck.
